The Challenge
TechNigeria needed to host their flagship annual conference that would position them as the leading tech organization in Nigeria. They required a professional setup that could accommodate 500 attendees, multiple breakout sessions, live streaming capabilities, and networking areas that would facilitate meaningful connections.
Our Solution
We created a multi-zone conference experience with a main auditorium featuring state-of-the-art AV equipment, four breakout rooms with flexible seating, and innovative networking spaces with interactive displays. Our catering featured healthy, energy-boosting options served at strategic intervals to maintain attendee engagement.
